Mexico Offshore Oil & Gas Supply Chain Opportunities Webinar

The Atlantic Trade and Investment and Growth Strategy (ATIGS) Oil & Gas Sector Team has identified Mexico as a market of interest for Atlantic Canadian firms in the offshore supply and service sector. Mexico is the fourth largest oil producer in the Americas after the United States (US), Canada, and Brazil. Oil is a crucial component of Mexico's economy, with earnings from the oil industry accounting for over 30% of total government revenues.

Consultants Caron Hawco and Amber Mackereth have completed a report on opportunities in Mexico for Atlantic Canadian firms. This webinar will provide an overview of this analysis. Miguel González of the Canadian Trade Commission Service in Mexico will also be available to discuss supports offered by Global Affairs Canada in the market. 

This webinar will be broadcast via Zoom and registration is complimentary to Atlantic Canadian companies.
